Up for sale is an excellent example of the Supro "Reso-glas" Vagabond/Folkster resonator acoustic guitar. Only made in 1966/67 and production numbers are low. On the tail end of the Reso-glas electrics this model was made for Airline guitars (Montgomery Wards) in black, and then red and white in this Supro branded model. Made in Chicago at the Valco Guitar Company factory. Many of the reso-glas guitars suffered cracked and broken bodies over the years and to find them in this condition are few and far between. In very clean condition with only minor cosmetic wear and a small hole in the reso-glas on the top bass shoulder where the top and back meet (picture is a bit blurry but you can see how minor it is) and doesn't take away from the bright red reso-glas finish. The neck is clean on the back and has very low playable action. I have seen prices all over the place on these guitars but am offering it at a fair "buy it now" price.
