This is a 22" Paiste 602 Transition Dark Ride Cymbal weighing 3248 grams and made in 1977. This particular one is the finest example I've heard/played of these aside from Al Foster's which this one sonically resembles....and I've owned 5 others. It has a beautiful sweet stick sound with a subtle yet broad complexity. Shanks are wonderful and crashes are semi-punchy and complex. The bell is chimey and responsive as well. Many many sounds can be pulled from this one. No edge dings, keyhole, cracks, etc. Just some logo wear. If you've been looking for "The One" or have always wanted to own an SCDR or 602 Dark Ride this is (in my opinion) the pinnacle of what these have to offer. This is a 22" Paiste 602 Transition Dark Ride Cymbal weighing 3248 grams and made in 1977.
