This great looking/playing '73 Fender Mustang is a steal. I like these sunbursts way more than the Striped Competitions but that's just my 2 cents. This one has a nice neck with LOTS of Maple Flame. It is very comfortable and plays unbelievably fast for a Mustang. It has Fender non-original to year pickups, instead featuring a Fully loaded 90s Mustang pick guard USA pickups/pots and switchesWe received the guitar un-assembled and missing parts, without electronics or tuners or pickguard/pickups or bridge or neck plate and put in quality parts of what we had on hand and could find online. Rather than totally part out like the other guys, we resurrected this SOB. It went together without any issues and who ever gets this guitar will have a keeper. This guitar is pretty clean; a real looker. Aesthetically it's actually very appealing and is the talk of our store (though the '68 Jag next to it is also a magnet).
Not bowing to traditionalism, and through being cool, we dropped in CTS 500K brass shaft pots just for the heck of it and as a result the guitar is noticeably extra-crispy in typical Pentatonic Style. It seriously will cut through any Bulbus Stercum thrown at it. These particular matched Pickups sound absolutely stunning, especially in bridge position.-Very comfortable C Neck w/dot inlay and Clean logo
-No Chips or Scratches really to speak of
-Fully loaded 90s Mustang pickguard (Fender USA pickups and pots)-Original Nut and Knobs
-Switchcraft Jack
-Cloth Wire
-1970s Period Bottom Cavity Control plate
-Replacement Fender correct Mustang knobs

-Some wear but Plenty of Fret life left
-Sweet Player/Looker!
-Modern Replacement Trem Arm available just ask
