1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom Cherry Sunburst, original owner.Purchased new from Guitar Trader when they were in Red Bank, New Jersey. There's a DiMarzio Super D in the treble position, but I have the original as well as the pick-up cover for the front.
I have all of the original parts.Original flight case has all original snap-locks and all are functional......Dunno about all the
added text from eBay, but there are no routed lightening holes.....you'll definitely develop aslight left-turn list if you play it too long.Frets are original, and the only set of strings on this guitar more than 1 week are theones you see. Ernie Ball 10's for it's life so-far. Well played and loved....I switched to Super-Strats to remove the left list...Ultra-serious chuck of  rare wood eBay won't let me advertise here...(see their text...it is accurate)! If you want more pics, I can do that. Do I really want to sell it? eBay is running a special on listed guitars, so no, I'm happy where it is.It's a bit above market value, but its lineage is flawless, pristine! I think I let my brother play it once ( I was in the room, never left my sight) and that's it. All of the sweat in the ebony is mine........All gold-plating on Gibson guitars is a joke, the more you try to reduce tarnishing, the morethe gold is polished-away.......all hardware is original and it looks-it for its age. I could replaceall of it to make is as glistening and shiny as it was when I bought it, but that's kinda defeatingthe lure of a true vintage guitar......if you see a '79 Custom with glistening gold, better lookclosely before you buy!
