Plays very nicely as is but could benefit from a general cleaning, lube and fine tuning to eliminate key rattles and such. There is no name engraved with the only a cursive R on the bell to body brace (image 2).Includes older case which could use some more padding and a pad "saver".No mouthpiece or neck strap, I can include a generic MP and ligature from my accumulation if you want, at no additional cost. Some distinguishing features that indicate Yanagisawa1. Square/flat register key bracket assembly - not posts (image1, 2 and 3)2. Flat key brackets :  left hand (D,Eb,E) and Side Right Bb, C - not posts (Image 4 and 5)3. Purple plastic thumb rest and thumb hook (image 2, 4 and 6)4. Hexagonal key linkages in register key, side Bb, C, Lower stack Bb (image 4,5 and 12)5. Squareish flat design of side F# key touch (image 6)6. Side F3 key has stop that hits against low F# post.(image 6)7. Sturdy brackets for LH table keys (7 and 8)Features-Build is very sturdy, sophisticated linkages with adjustment screws for the G# and lower stack G#/Bb linkages (Image 12)-Low Eb, C, B and Bb guards all have adjustable felts.-Leather pads with domed plastic resonators, low Eb for example image 11.-Stainless steel springs-Front F3Known defects- B/Bb key guard upper and lower foot appears to be re-soldered (image 12). - lacquer has scratches and wear on normal for age and use.- G key missing inlay(image 1) < $10 from Music Medic- neck needs new cork - may do that myself- side low F# needs a cork on the foot - may do that myselfI buy saxes locally, play them for a while, give them a once over, do a little research, a good description, then sell them on. I don't know any individual history of this sax, only that is plays easily and as nice full dark tone not too pitchy or shrill.  Case has some artwork of a raven mascot painted on it (image 2) Happy to send more images and answer questions.
