Here's a sweet Fender E series 70's style Stratocaster. Model CST 50, 1987 MIJ. Naturally relic aged body and neck. Pickups are original. Bridge pickup is a DiMarzio DP420 virtual solo hum canceling high output with smoother treble, tighter fatter lows and more pick attack. This is the same setup as the new custom Edge model. At 7# 10oz. she is lighter than any other of this type I've found. The wood has resonance you can only find in a 30 year old instrument. It also is equipped with a Fralin/Acme blender pot in place of one of the tone pots which enables you to blend the neck or bridge pickup in with the regular settings. Professionally installed electronics are quiet. The neck is U shaped and the frets have been leveled and dressed. Action is low and intonation is spot on. This guitar is a perfectly worn in very comfortable player. Tweed HS case included.
