1982 Fender '62 Stratocaster Lake Placid Blue - American NeckThis 1982 Fender Strat is a beautiful 1962 reissue! It has a ton of playability and vintage vibe. This guitar was acquired from a notable guitar/amp builder and was assembled using high end older/vintage parts. The neck is off of a 1982 American Fender 1962 re-issue Strat. At one point in the guitars life the neck was fitted with a headstock wide string tree (similar to what you might find on a Floyd Rose equipped guitar) but the holes have been professionally filled) The neck was also re-fretted in the early 2000's by the infamous Larry Fitzgerald of Pensa Suhr fame. The body is a beautifully finished FSP Lake Placid Blue and the guitar is loaded with a set of monster sounding Fender Texas Specials. This guitar is a blast to play and sounds just as good as it looks!There is wear throughout from normal playing as well as some light dings on the back of the body...all vintage vibe if you ask us! The backplate on the guitar is not includedNITRO CELLULOSE FINISH IN THE MOST DESIRED LAKE PLACID BLUE COLOR!!!!!Please see pictures for a closer look of actual condition.
