Here's a very cool horn in my own personal collection I have decided to sell. The Holton Professional model is a ML .459 bore horn with a reversed leadpipe and absolutely great sound. Valves have fair compression for a horn this age but will need Hetman #3 oil (we do have some in stock) on it for optimized performance. I looked online and couldn't really find much information on this horn but it seems to be an extension of the Revelation model 48 trumpets that are so popular. Cool bracing and a "balanced action" feel also compliment this horn's overall appearance and vibe. There is one protective patch on the leadpipe. I have never seen another Holton set up like this one. It's a very cool horn!No case or mouthpiece included in this sale. Please check out all of the auctions here at Austin Custom Brass! Read below for my shop terms (prior to bidding please) Terms: Thanks in advance for taking the time to read all of our terms prior to bidding. Standard shipping in the lower 48 U.S. will be $35.00. Insurance covering the winning bid amount or purchase price is included with our shipping price unless the sales price is over $2,000. The client will be responsible for shipping insurance on any truly high-value item. We gladly accept international bidders, but please contact us to verify the cost of shipping internationally before bidding. International Shipping costs will vary. ACB has put a flat rate fee and if the charges go grossly over that figure the buyer is responsible for the excess charge. We will not be responsible for any shipping discrepancies if we have not been contacted prior to bidding. We accept: PayPal and all Major Credit Cards. We properly package all of our merchandise for safe shipping. In the event your item arrived damaged during shipping, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can file a claim with our shipping provider. Domestic sales policy: All eBay sales are non-returnable. Unless an item is grossly misrepresented, we reserve the right to implement a restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Original shipping and insurance costs are not refundable on returned merchandise. Any returned merchandise is required to be returned directly to our Malden, MA shop at the winning bidder's expense. Any returned merchandise is to be returned in the same condition as it was sent to the winning bidder. If items are returned to us damaged, the winning bidder will be responsible for covering any costs of repair. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the company you've decided to ship with for reimbursement. International sales policy: All International sales are final. Austin Custom Brass is very happy and willing to ship online throughout the world but due to the nature of customs and the times involved we cannot accept any international returns. Once it leaves the ACB store we cannot guarantee ship times. If you want truly guaranteed times we could ship via FEDEX international at the buyer's expense. Please view the auction in depth and the shop terms to address any concerns prior to bidding. Inbound Customs Policy: Please do not ask us to commit Customs Fraud -- we do not alter any of our shipping paperwork or monetary receipts for the purpose of evading/minimizing international import taxes. If you have any questions at all or information that would further enhance our auctions, please email us at info(at)austincustombrass(dot)com. Good luck and happy bidding
