1987 Fender Stratocaster Plus Blue Original Lace Sensors & TBX Case & ManualHere is one of the first Strat Plus guitars completed with papers and original case. The Fender Strat Plus was originally released in 1987 as an upgraded American Standard Stratocaster, in particular boasting Lace Sensor Gold pickups, locking tuners, a roller nut, and Fender's TBX tone control system. Following soon after in 1989, the Strat Plus Deluxe model offered additional colors and a Red/Silver/Blue set of Lace Senors. If you're looking for a Stratocaster that offers more versatility and tuning stability than an American Standard, a Strat Plus might be the perfect guitar for you.
