Here's your chance to own a B00 bass!! Up for auction is a 1977 Pre-Ernie Ball Music Man Stingray Fretless Bass. This is a RARE Bass! Apparently this bass was a prototype and was never suppose to leave the plant. As I understand it, this bass is only 1 of 2 left in existence. In my research this could be the first Fretless Maple Neck made by Music Man. Please feel free to do your own research or ask me any questions. Serial number is B005726. Any collector knows about those numbers! This bass has a solid wood body, Maple neck, Maple fingerboard, 34 1/2 inch scale (not the normal 34), 9.9 pounds, 1 3/4 nut width with a metal nut (see pic). Sale comes with Bass, Original Hardshell Case, a music man strap, strings, some original paperwork and original replacement nut.Paypal onlyshipping is $100 because it will be insuredNo overseas sales
