Here's a very cool guitar - a Benford Standard Deluxe. These are made by Steve Benford in Milwaukee, WI, USA. Quality is excellent - easily on par with a Fender USA Strat. Google search for their website (it won't let me link here in the ad).Benford offers a lot of custom options when you order, and the original buyer spec'd this one out similar to a Fender Strat Plus Ultra. Flametop with gorgeous blueburst finish, three Fender Noiseless pickups, pearloid pickguard and backplate, Sperzel locking tuners, roller nut. A great sounding and playing guitar with no hum and no tuning issues. It was my main gigging strat-style guitar until I migrated to Gibson guitars.The guitar also has a battery access on the back, in case you want to install active pickups (ie: EMGs) or an active preamp. A very versatile setup that's perfect if you like to tinker and try different options.This guitar would be $1200--1400 if purchased new. Priced to sell at 1/2 that price.Includes the original Benford-labeled Levis gig bag pictured.Payment Terms:Payment due within 3 days of sale.
