It is a memorable year when a rosewood fingerboard, 3ply pickguard appeared on a slim neck.
This American Vintage '59 Stratocaster has two versions, the early model of 1959 and the latter term model, which can be said to be an important turning point lineup.
Maple's finger board, 1 point pick guard of 8 point stopping is adopted as the initial model, dark · rosewood fingerboard of slab (flat adhesion surface with neck), 3 points of stoppered 3ply Mint · Green · Pick guard is adopted.
A slim D-shaped maple neck which can be said to be characteristic of this period, a body using a lightweight alder material, etc. are specs common to both models. Spec
