We received this guitar as part of a trade. This is what we were told by the owner. Fulton Custom Guitars were built by a small shop in Austin, TX for local musicians. This particular guitar was built for the brother of Dusty Hill of ZZ Top fame. It then found its way to its current owner who traded the guitar to us as part of a multi guitar deal. It has Rio Grande Strat Set for its pickups with pearl caps to match the pickguard. The switching is just like a normal Stratocaster. It only weighs 6.5 pounds so we are assuming that the body is Swamp Ash although it could be a piece of light weight Alder. The neck appears to be hard rock maple with a RW board and abalone snowflake inlays. It has a reverse, matching headstock. The guitar has great tone, good feel and the neck plays like butter. Customer decides the amp is not for him and contacts us within 48 hours of receipt of the amp as measured from the delivery date and time as tracked by UPS/FedEx. Customer receives an RA# from us and returns the amp in new/same condition with all paper work and accessories, if any at his cost. Customer receives a refund of $950. Scenario 2: Same purchasing conditions as Scenario 1; however, Customer contacts us after the 48 hour window, but before 14-days are up to return the amp. Customer receives an RA# from us and returns the amp in new/same condition with all paper work and accessories, if any at his cost. Customer pays a 20% restocking fee and original S&H. Customer receives a refund of $750. Scenario 3: Same purchasing conditions as Scenario 1; however, now 14 days have passed since the purchase. No refund will be entertained and no refund will be given. Scenario 4: Same purchasing conditions as Scenario 1; however, the amp arrives in damaged condition due to shipping. Customer contacts us immediately and we take over the process of filing a damage claim. Once the package is picked up by the shipper for investigation, the Customer receives a full refund of $1000.
