You are looking at a Stratocaster that was manufactured in the Fuji-gen Plant (for Fender Japan)Fender MIJ Stratocasters are highly sought after because of their build quality. The JV, SQ and E-Series are at the top of the list. The build quality at the Fuji-gen Plant was far superior to most of the American Fender Strats of that era.This guitar is in good condition for its age. It does have a some dings, dents, and scratches. This is a true relic done the old fashioned way. The guitar was used, but not abused!The guitar looks to be original. All the electronics work as they should. The neck is straight and has some flame on it. (please see pictures). Frets have little wear and the action is good.It has several appointments that are common with the 62 reissues like 60's body contours, maple neck with rosewood finger board, 3-ply white pickguard and trem cover.
