Up for auction is Gretsch 6120DC Chet Atkins double cut '62 ReissueVery rare JD serial 2004 Made in Japan at Dyna factory production in excellent condition, The guitar has nice light flame maple top, gorgeous gold hard ware and Bigsby B6 tremolo unit.The first year of Fender production and the guitar was produced for up market with $6000 price tag.Part of that history is the Chet Atkins 6120 Nashville model. Based on the 1962 model 6120, the Chet Atkins Hollow Body Double Cutaway features Gretsch "rocking" bar bridge, Bigsby B6C vibrato tailpiece, flip-up muffler system. Complete with simulated f-holes and snap-on back pad, this striking looking model is finished in high-gloss Gretsch Western Orange StainHas minor dents on top of headstock as picture other than that no stand out scratches or dents, keeping excellent condition as pictureA fantastic Gretsch tone with 2x upgraded TV Jones classic pickups, great axe for Country, Jazz and Blues type of music. Very comfortable player with slim neck and fast low action setting with brand new 10-46 Daddario strings.All original condition (except for pickups) and no repair history,
