Up for sale, a 2015 Fender American Elite Telecaster in exceptional, near mint condition and in perfect working order. A modern spin on an old classic, the American Elite Tele highlights the prominent grain of the ash body with a transparent Butterscotch Blonde finish and single-ply black pickguard, evoking the look of the original '52 design. With black binding on the top, a belly contour, and neck heel with easier access to the higher frets, there are a few aesthetic and player friendly modern touches too! The guitar weighs in at 8lbs 8oz and has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with low action, spot-on intonation, and fresh 10-46 strings.Featured on all American Elite instruments, the new 4th generation Noiseless pickups are only available in this series, and represent a quantum leap in pickup design. Combining authentic, vintage-style sound with effectively noise-free performance, these are the pinnacle of Fender’s noiseless pickup designs, generating sparkling cleans and fat, overdriven tones. Engineered for fast playing and effortless position changes, the compound profile neck with a 9.5”-14” compound radius fingerboard is ideal for all playing styles. A modern C shape at the nut, the profile morphs along the length of the neck to a D shaped profile at the updated neck heel, providing substance and a fast, easy playing feel for lead work. Locking, all short-post tuning machines provide increased break angle at the bone nut for buzz-free performance. The truss rod wheel is positioned at the butt end of the neck for easy accessibility when adjusting neck relief. In terms of wear, there is sparingly little to report, with flawless frets and only a stray light finish scratch or two in the clear coat. It's a stunningly clean instrument that's been dialed in to play it's best.The original hardshell case, hangtags, and case candy are included.
