Hello. Up for sale is a nice vintage EKO model 285 guitar. This guitar is from circa 1968 and is in unusually fine condition. It was a babied one owner guitar that was put back into the case after a few years use and stored with the strings loosened.The guitar is all original and looks and plays just fine. The finish is bright and shiny and is mostly free from any of the typical large finish cracks and flakes the EKO made guitars are known for.As for wear and tear there is a ding on the side by the pickguard bracket. There are one or two finish cracks and one spot where the finish looks flaked a little. Overall the finish looks super clean and you don't notice any finish damage unless you look for it.The hardware all looks nice and shiny too. These EKO's have crazy long whammy bars which adds to the general interesting quality of the guitar.This is a rare opportunity to get a super clean babied one owner 1960s guitar from a brand that usually doesn't age so well!The original soft case is included which is in really clean condition as well.
