Vintage Fender Strat from 1979 - Hardtail.Great condition Olympic White Strat from 1979, the hardtail versions are pretty rare, and as far as I'm aware hardtails were only made from the mid to late 70's.The Guitar is in great original condition apart from the scratchplate and pickup covers, these were replaced approx 10 years ago.There are a few small marks on the body but that is to expected from a Guitar of this age, the white finish has mellowed beautifully with age and looks stunning, the neck and fretboard are in excellent condition, virtually no fret ware, there is only a small lacquer chip on the end of the headstock.The pickups and electrics are all original as far as I can tell, and everything works correctly.The Guitar sounds great and exactly as you'd expect from a 70's strat.The Guitar comes with its original Fender hard case which is in good condition, just a slight dent in one corner.Overall a very sought after Fender, especially in the Olympic White with Maple neck.
