Amplifier Type: Combo Model: AC30CC2

--Vox AC30CC2 2x12 30-Watt Combo USED--This amplifier is used but in good condition. It may show some cosmetic wear from normal use. There is no major damage that will affect the sound or functionality. It has been checked over and everything is working properly.First introduced to the US market in April 2005, the AC-30CC2 was the most popular amplifier model in the Custom Classic Series. The all tube, 30 watt amp featured a baltic birch enclosure with all the classic Vox cosmetic touches: basket weave vinhyde, brown Vox diamond grill (or fret) cloth, gold piping. gold plated logo, gold grill molding, white grill piping, three Vox handles, and eight black plastic two pin corners. The AC30CC2 was designed in 2004 by then Vox lead engineer Steve Grindrod. It was produced for Vox by the International Audio Group in Shenzhen, China. The AC30CC2 utilized two 12" Vox Wharfedale GSH-1230-8 eight ohm speakers, wired in series to sixteen ohms and designed to tonally resemble the famous "green back" speaker frequently used by Vox from the 70s through the 90s.A two button VF002 foot switch was included with this amp to actuate the reverb and tremolo.Vox discontinued the AC30CC2 in January, 2010. - voxshowroom.com--Vox V212BN (30 watt) Extension Cabinet--First introduced to the US market in April 2005, the Vox V212BN and V212BNX speaker enclosures were the companion piece to the AC30CCH amplifier head. They were also designed to operate as an extension cabinet to an AC30CC2 or AC-30CC2X combo amp.The V212BN was equipped with two Wharfedale 12" speakers, while the V212BNX had two Vox Alnico Blue speakers manufactured by Celestion.Vox chose to not use the traditional AC-30 cosmetic on these enclosures, opting for a full cloth grill rather than the 1/3 vinyl, 2/3 grill cloth proportions of the AC-30CC2 amps. I suspect the full grill cosmetic was significantly less expensive to produce, and Vox chose to make these cabinets quite affordable.Vox discontinued these enclosures in the fall of 2009.
