This is the amp that legends like Ritchie Blackmore and Jimmy Page were hand-picked to help design based on their preferences. It has likewise become the gold standard for rock tone that eventually became the JCM series.This amp has been retubed, but it is otherwise pristine. It has no mods. All of its capacitors and resistors are 1978 spec. It absolutely aches for a Les Paul or Tele in its input. It doesn't mind a pedal or two stretching it out.
