What a great playing and beautiful guitar!1963 Jazzmaster in incredible condition! Everything on the guitar is dead original and untouched, except for a truly amazing refinish around 12 years ago by the great Curtis Novak. The body "restoration" was so long ago that the finish has begun to weather check just like the original! Pickups, Bridge, trem, neck, tuners all 1963 vintage and untouched! The heel is dated in pencil- I can make out the "6" but not the second number- I am assuming is is a "3".This guitar sounds very full and very strong. It has had one excellent quality refret and the fingerboard is in great shape. The trem works fine and the guitar stays in tune relatively well. 6 original 1963 Kluson tuners are present and all in great shape!This is one of the best playing Jazzmasters I've had the pleasure to own, but I am forced to reduce my collection, and am offering this beauty at NO RESERVE!It comes in the original VERY worn case. I'd probably put it in something sturdier but it is cool to have the original.The guitar serial is 69332 which dates it to 1963.
