If you've never played one of these you are in for a treat! Not a huge fan of the newer Marshall stuff until I played this amp. Best combo they make in my opinion. And this one is better than most. The upgraded Eminence Governor 16 ohm speaker takes this amp to a whole other level. Such a good beefy tone now. And the highs are blistering as well. It is a true British tone. Like a half stack in a 1-12 combo. This thing is in great condition. No tears or nicks in the Tolex. Really well taken care of. Only issue I see is where the fuse cap on the back is pushed into the head. If you take it apart I am sure you could push it back in place. Does not affect playability at all. Comes with the foot switch. Ready to Rock. With the upgraded speaker the amp tech also went through and fixed the overheating issues. Went through and resoldered all of the tube socket welds and gave a little space to the rectifier socket so more air can get in there. Then he biased the tubes a little lower so it won't overheat. Have had no issues since. And no buzzing noise from installing a fan either. Seems to have done the trick. Great amp. Great tone. Best one on eBay. Make me an offer.
