1970 Gibson ES150 DN in Natural finish in excellent all original condition with original yellow lined Gibson hardcase. Serial 923229.The ES150D line was only manufactured between 1969-74. It is essentially a fully hollow version of the ES335 with a master volume control on the upper treble bout. It also features two Patent Number Gibson humbucking pickups, each with their own controls for volume and tone and a three way selector switch. All wiring is original with the CTS pots dating to 1970.This guitar has an all maple body and three piece mahogany neck. Overall the condition of this guitar is excellent for 45 years old, with only a few marks and dings to the body and some lacquer checking commonplace on a guitar of its age. the frets show some minor wear but have plenty of playing left in them. The neck has a slim profile but is but very playable and is currently set up with a smooth low action. The width at the nut is 1.59" at 12th fret 1.96. The depth at the nut is 0.82" at 12th fret 0.96. Weight 6.7 lbs. The guitar has been fully set up by my technician and is an excellent sounding and playing guitar.
