Up for sale is a 1965 Fender Precision bass neck.  Rosewood, stamp is very clear.  Includes original ferrules.  Lefty, super rare.  Nearly impossible to find, if not outright impossible. This one is in very, very nice shape but has one notable issue.  It has a dip from about fret 14-19.  This affects it basically across the board past fret 15 where buzzing and fret-outs are happening in this area.  The rest of the neck did not have an issue.  This is a common Fender neck issue and unfortunately has affected this beautiful neck.  It will need some work to remove them, I don't know how much.  Backing off truss rod (1/2 turn) seems to reduce the dip but adds some forward bow.  Tightening it accentuates the dip but I didn't tighten more than 1/4 turn.  Otherwise, looks all original.  Cosmetically, headstock has checking, original decal, very little nicks.  Looks like it wasn't knocked around much.  Frets have no significant wear and are level.  Back of the neck is smooth and discolored from hand wear.  Fretboard doesn't have any finger wear and light string wear.

Shipping is $20.00.  Except international - email me.  Thanks for looking!
