Fender USA partscaster Telecaster early 1980's Electric Guitar Greg Koch signed. I named this the Tonus Diabolicus Telecaster. If you are familiar with Greg Kochs' body of work, you'll know his Tonus Diabolicus song which means from the Latin, Tones of the Devil. That's why the little Devil heads stickers on the guitar. The Telecaster was modeled after a early 80's gold Tele. I thought it was very cool the way you could see the wood grain though the gold finish and I achieved that with this one.The real gold 80's Tele cost $2200 back in the early 80's, way too rich for me. I used Les Paul gold top gold for the paint. I did not put a clear coat over it because I wanted it to oxidize like an old Les Paul Gold Top. It's turning green...very sweet. I copied a fender logo and painted it gold on the head stock...repro. But it is a Fender partscaster Telecaster so I took the liberty. See pics for condition. It has standard early 80's ( '82 I believe) Fender Telecaster pick-ups. It sounds great and plays great and it has a Diabolical vibe! Kind of like Robert Johnson at the Crossroads. That sent a shiver down my spine. The Greg Koch post card and poster are also included as is the nice gig bag. It's not the " road worn" series.
