In my opinion this instrument is in fair playing and cosmetic condition being in mind it is nearly 40 years old. The silver plate shines to a good finish with no wear and all slides (with the exception of the small third compensating slide) are all free moving with new or very good felts, springs, water key corks etc. The valve top/bottom caps are free and the valves working well. There are various dents/dings as can be seen in the pictures but nothing to affect playability. Comes complete with a usable Besson hard case for shipping. Obviously does not play as well as a modern Besson Sovereign but still blows with a good sound with many years left in it.I have tried to describe the instrument as honestly as possible and have taken lots of pictures from all angles so please have a good look at them, if you require any further pictures or information just ask.
