Fender – 1979 25TH ANNIVERSARY STRATOCASTER -
This guitar was released for the celebration of Fender’s 25th Anniversary in 1979. “Anniversary” logo on the top left cutaway, the neck plate which shows 1954 – 1979, the Porsche silver finish, and the return of the four-bolt neck plate. Outfitted with Spertzel keys and synchronized tremolo. The individual bridge adjustments make for precise intonation, and“fast, easy action,” as noted in the original 1979 advertisement for this limited edition 25th Anniversary guitar! The finish has Faded from Porsche silver to a gold-ish color which is common for this model & year guitar. The guitar is all original, including the hard shell case.
