Up for auction is a 1970 vintage Gibson SG Standard Heritage Cherry Red with factory Vibrola!

Angus Young has always preferred the Gibson SG as his choice of guitar, which first appealed to him due to their light weight and playability, his very first SG was a 1970 just like this one!
The sustain and tone on this guitar are outstanding! It sounds great - meaty and big! Very good for crunch. The clean sounds are very strong as well. I can see why it is a standard for rock musicians.

100% original parts with every solder joint unouched, 1970 dated pots, 'PAT NO' black sticker pickups for some killer vintage tone, original bridge, Vibrola tailpiece, tuners, etc. This guitar is in FANTASTIC cosmetic condition ~~ extremely CLEAN!!!
Showing only minor play wear such as some light buckle worming on back. Different tuners were once installed but the originals are back on.
Neck is straight and set up for a smooth ride.  The original fret still have most of their life left. SWEET action and AMAZING playability! The case is in excellent shape as well.WEIGHT: 7.4 LBS          SERIAL: 952XXX
