Up for sale is 1997 Gibson Les Paul Classic in great vintage looking conditionMade in Nashville USA, Discontinued deadstock 1960 reissue original Classic series production in classic sunburst finish.
Originally released as above production of Standard series back in 1990. This was gibson's answer from big demand of hard rock player that
featuring 60s type narrow neck, and high output pickups. It also has period correct narrow headstock and inked on serial number.
Back in early 90's, Les Paul classic had more accurate shapes than their 59 reissues but $3000 cheaper so they start stamping "classic" on headstock from 1993..This Les Paul classic has been a player, has typical buckle and playing wear but overall keeping very clean condition as picture,
Original 496R/500T pickups screams a lot and has fantastic playability with 60s type slim neck, low and fast action setting
Frets still has plenty life left, solid mahogany body resonate a lot, weight is 4.32kg/9.8lbs.
Originally imported from USA to Japan by Yamano music who is well known as strict quality check especially in 90s.
Gibson has no Custom shop, import by Yamano and classic was above standard that explains its quality.Comes with original hard shell case, and documents.
Affordable yet has classic Gibson Les Paul vibe with vintage looking and reliable modern sounding.
