Here is a vintage 81 Gibson Sonex 180 Custom with a Black finish in overall good condition and features the Tim Shaw Pat. No. 2,737,842 'Dirty Fingers' pickups and the mini coil tap toggle switch that came with the Sonex Custom & Standard models. It includes a three-position pick-up selector switch, Tune-0-Matic Bridge', stop bar tailpiece and 2 volume / 2tone control knobs. It includes the original Gibson hard shell case, which is in very good condition. This guitar is in good condition with bumps, dings and scratches from use. The chrome on the bridge and tailpiece show wear as well. Please use the close up feature on all pictures. I’ve tried to show any dings, chips etc and they are part of the item description. All electronics are original and function as intended. It’s been a player so the frets show use but still have lots of life on them.
