Here is a very good Yamaha silver-plated EEb tuba with 4 compensating piston valves. I purchased the instrument from England in 2003 and it has had a lot of use it professionally in solo, brass quintet, brass band, wind band and orchestral settings. It has a rich, buoyant sound and plays very well in tune. The valves are quiet, smooth, and have excellent compression.
It has some signs of wear in terms of small dings and very small dents. There is an area on the side where my arm rested that has some of the silver plate worn off (see photo #8). The case has functioning wheels and is in good shape except where there are small holes by the wheels from rolling wear. I accept returns but buyer must pay shipping both ways.
