This auction is for a 1973 Fender Mustang guitar in competition red. This is a vintage instrument and I have been the owner for the last three years.As you can tell in the photos, this is a players guitar. It has scratches and nicks, but has great character and is a very solid instrument that has been well cared for and maintained. The guitar has had some work: about a year ago, I had it refretted. Since the refret, it has less than two hours playing time, so almost 100% of fret life is left. I also had all of the electronics except the pickups (which are original) changed out to Switchcraft components, and will include all original wiring and switches in the auction. Neck is straight, body is solid, and the guitar has been well cared for in my possession. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
