1974 Gibson Les Paul Custom Ultra-Rare Brazilian Rosewood Top Electric GuitarFor sale is an unbelievably rare, 1 of approximately 50 to 60, ~1974 Gibson Les Paul Custom Brazilian Rosewood! From everything I've read, Gibson most like made around 53 of these guitars, as a 20th Anniversary model, in 1974. It features a solid, Brazilian Rosewood top, mahogany body and neck, Ebony fingerboard with very low profile or 'fretless wonder' frets, a vintage Dimarzio humbucker in the bridge position and Gibson '57 Classic in the neck and Grover tuners that required no additional holes to mount.This beautiful Les Paul is in great condition for its vintage, with lacquer wear, a few dings, dents and scratches throughout. The frets show moderate wear, which is made more obvious by their very low profile. A mini-toggle was installed near the knobs, but is currently not hooked up. Aside from the pickups, the pots and electronics are original to the guitar. There is lacquer checking near the base of the headstock, but this guitar has no breaks or repairs! Ships in a nice, Gibson hardshell case. ShippingI will not mark packages as a 'gift' nor will I declare a reduced value. Shipping will be calculated depending on your location via USPS Priority Mail. There is a handling fee of $15.00 (US) or $25.00 (out of the country). This covers insurance, packaging, and all other handling fees. The buyer assumes all responsibility for customs/import fees. I usually take two weekdays to process and ship each order. If you suspect damage when you receive an item, open it immediately at the post office in front of a clerk and note the suspected damage to them.
