Hello and Welcome to my Auction, I have a nice Mid 90's made in Japan 67/57 reissue Black Stratocaster with a 92OD David Gilmour Pickguard/ Electronics. The Body is 57 RI japan with the Control and Pup routs lined with copper foil for grounding. Guitar has an 8 screw Black Pickguard with Cream covers and Knobs. Has the switch that lets you bring in the Neck pickup into any position on the 5 way switch,, Ala David's Fender! I had the Neck refinished in a Nice Nitrocell Lacquer; looks great and plays smooth, and sounds so much better! The neck has the original frets that were Dressed and crowned after the finish work; along with a new nut. Neck plays clean up and down with no buzzing, bends very nicely without the string trees involved. Guitar has all made in USA Parts; Trem/springs, bridge, Saddles, Electronics & Locking Staggered Fender machine heads. They make this guitar a joy to play and the Tremolo fun to use without the guitar going out of tune. Snap a String! NP 2 second change! The guitar weighs 7 lbs.10 ozs on my mail scale. Pickups sound great and if you want that Floyd Animals to "Wall sound" this guitar nails it,,Has the really cool Transitional Logo with the 67 headstock...Very sharp..Ax plays well and has that nice maple neck Strat sound,,,AX COMES WITH BLACK AFTERMARKET HARD CASE!,,,NOT the Tweed that is Pictured,,Srry!Please ask any questions,,Instrument is a high quality DG like Stratocaster without the big price tag..I just recently came into a PRE CBS Strat and I just have too many necks in the house,I took a long time putting this together, Ax was assembled and set up by Professional Luthiers,,it's a great guitar you will love it if you buy it.
