Up for sale is an All-Original Made in USA 2002 Valley Arts Custom Pro Gibson-Era - signed Mike McGuire. This is the Top-of-the-Line Model with high-end Appointments, Workmanship and Materials featuring: Quilt-Maple Top; Ash Body; Lacquer Finish; Birdseye Maple Neck; Ebony Fingerboard; Mother-Of-Pearl Dot Inlays; Seymour Duncans Pick-Ups (APH-II in Bridge); Wilkinson Tremolo; Gotoh Locking Tuners; and Gold Hardware. Scale Length 25.5"; Nut Width 1.7"; and Weight 7lbs-12oz. This guitar has been played some and has some wear/marks but overall in very good to Excellent Condition. Structurally Solid and without issue: Neck is straight with only minor fret wear on the 1st few frets; All part clean and free moving; Electronics work perfectly and sound great; -SOLID CLEAN AND STRAIGHT!!! Cosmetically overall this guitar is Stunning but does have some marks/wear that are masked pretty well by the finish/locations and go mostly unoticed with a casual look. With close inspection you will find a variety of indents/marks but nothing major or thru to the wood with worst issues mostly on sides/edge or along back cover (worst issues pictured). There is some typical/minor wear/tarnish on parts of the hardware that happens with play and age but nothing excessive. There is a very minor hairline crack in finish on the back of the headstock near the Low-E tuner screw (Fully inspected and in the finish only/not the wood). If you're looking for anything near mint, this guitar is not for you. If you're familiar with how a 15-year old lacquer finished guitar can look after some casual play and aging, you won't be dissapointed - above average condition with a near-new look from a few feet and overall Stunning. Guitar plays, looks, sounds great and needs nothing. Includes the Original case pictured with some wear/marks(a frayed/torn area on side trim - happy to send pics), but otherwise very good condition along Tremolo Arm, Fret-Guard, Case Keys and some Original Paperwork.
