This gorgeous acoustic-electric guitar has been in my studio its whole life. Only used on recordings and songwriting. It has been stored in the case with humidity control system in the case and my studio is very regulated for climate. There is not a mark on it, no buckle marks, dents, cracks or anything. It looks as if it was on the showroom brand new. If you know about the 500 series, then you know the western red cedar top pairs beautifully with tropical mahogany back and sides to give you a delightfully warm, well-balanced sound with excellent midrange focus and natural compression. The ES pickup system is perfect for these guitars for live performance. I always mic'd for recordings because of the warm tones made the best acoustic recordings.I am retiring and I need to downsize. No longer playing professionally and I am going back to it being a hobby and mostly song writing. If you have been looking for a beautiful Taylor, this is the one.
