Listing at a DEAL PRICE ! Vintage Martin Committee #17xxxx range medium bore . This is horn preferred by many jazz legends . This horn has wear around from age with still some original lacquer left. It plays well ( play tested ! ) but needs small fix to be in top playing shape. It works as it should with all valves and slides moving but it will play very well after mid braces are soldered to middle 2nd casing. Other braces are holding. A bit of straightening of bell could be done prior to soldering and dent fixed on the lower part bow but that's really up to you. My repairman would charge me hour to 1.5 hour of work for this but he recently retired so I cannot fix it prior to sale. My price leaves room for fixing ! This is the lowest priced vintage Committee which I currently offer on eBay and it just needs a bit of fix and clean and you will have a great horn for years to play. Horn comes with almost new Soloist handy, protective and light case in which will ship. By the way compression on valves is excellent and valves move smoothly. I don't see any past repair on actual bell flare where sounds comes out . I'm adding replica of Martin ring in raw brass to the deal at no extra charge ( over $100 value ).
