Returns & Replacements For New ItemsWe can accept goods for return in the following circumstances, and then only if you have a valid receipt or other proof of purchase with this store: 1, The goods are materially defective. By definition, this is a fault in manufacture or defect in operation, unless you were informed of such fault or defect at time of purchase. If discovery of the defect occurs within 14 days of purchase, we may offer a new item in exchange or the item will be repaired depending on the manufacturer’s warranty policy. The defect may require confirmation by our supplier, in which case an exchange may be delayed.
