Signature Richie Blackmore Fender Stratocaster with Gator case. Mint condition with only faint scuffs no scratches or dings. It's a collectors item apparently only 330 or 500 were produced in 1997. This was a Japanese Custom Shop quality. Costed Y145000 more than twice the price of the standard MIJ ST54 Fender . Currently a Mexican version is produced which obviously has not the same level of workmanship and is not collectible. One like that just sold for 835 so I'm setting the price at the similar level. The Blackmore Strat is a faithfull reproduction of one of Richie Blackmore’s favorite early 70’s models, featuring the typical big headstock, three-bolt neck construction and 70’s brigde. Similar to Blackmore’s original guitar it features two Seymour Duncan Quarter-Pounder pickups connected to a three-way switch, with the middle pickup serving as a dummy. The fretboard is scalloped for super fast playability.
