Up for auction is an absolutely amazing and rare 1976-1977 Gibson Les Paul Custom Artisan 3-Pickup in original Walnut finish! ~~Comes in original Gibson hardshell case~~The Artisan model was first introduced in 1977 so this must be the earliest one with 1976 dated pots.All original pars, featuring the hearts and flowers inlay pattern on the neck (reminiscent of banjo inlays), and the unique Gibson peghead design, with the pre-war style "Gibson" script logo and pearl hearts and flowers inlays. It is a beautiful example of an ornate Les Paul for its era. It will be hard to find another one in this AMAZING shape, so Don't miss out!This guitar is in FANTASTIC cosmetic condition ~~ very CLEAN!Showing no scratches or dents, just the usual fading on the Gold hardware...Neck is straight and has the desirable 60s tapered profile.
