One of the covers for one tuner is missing, but aside from that there are no major issues. It has been pro-setup and needs nothing. It is all original and comes with the original case. We offer a 48 hour approval period. If you are not fully satisfied with your item just let us know within 48 hours and you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. We are a small family owned business, and we REALLY want you to be happy with your purchase, and for this reason we offer the 48 hour approval period. That said, here are a few extra things that our international customers should know: (1) We will not falsify customs documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and is illegal both in your country and ours. People have gone to jail over this, and it is absolutely not worth it, so please don't ask. (2) Our return policy applies to international bidders, so if you are not happy you can return it for a refund of the purchase price, but please note that we will not refund shipping charges or duties, just the purchase price. (3) We always try and ship items as quickly as possible. When we pack an item for shipment we call the carrier to come pick the item up. International bidders should know that it sometimes takes the carrier several days to come and pick up an item. This causes some minor delays.
