Here's a gorgeous 2003 Gibson Super 400 signed by the man James Hutchins himself!As you know, James Hutchins is regarded as the premier archtop luthier. Signed Super 400 models are highly sought after collector's items. This guitar is signed by Hutchins on the label inside the soundhole.The guitar features some top notch quilted maple, finished in trans cherry. The top is fine Sitka spruce. The fretboard is jet black ebony.The gold hardware is luxuriously hand-engraved. Take a look at it! Beautiful.This is one of the most ornate Super 400s you'll ever see. What a piece!This is a Super 400 "Thinline" so the body is a bit thinner than a standard Super 400. The body is the same 18" wide. It allows for a more comfortable playing experience, but the tone is still that same legendary Super 400 tone!The guitar is in excellent condition.
