Up for auction is a killer 1972 vintage Telecaster Thinline with rare Mahogany body and factory Black pickguard!
Comes in original hardshell case. Gorgeous guitar and superb sound. The twin humbuckers seew FAT tone as no Telecaster had done prior to 1972!
Featuring 1971 dated pots, original Seth Lover humbucking pickups, original pickuard, bridge, tuners, etc.
This guitar is in GREAT vintage condition ~~ natural RELIC!
Showing some honest play wear such as a few dings here or there in the edge and light finish checking patina.
Neck is straight and has a nice rounded profile. The frets still have lots of life left. NICE action and GREAT playability! The case is in great condition as well.
This Tele has an amazing tone! The two humbucker pickups, add the carved f-hole and you've got a versatile instrument for playing anything from Blues to Rockabilly, Jazz to Country. The clean sound is pure and sweet. Great SUSTAIN.... It produces the cleanest, most chime-like chords.
