FENDER TELECASTER STANDARD 2007
Fender Telecaster® Standard 2007 Standard Brown Sunburst Standard (Made in Mexico),
with the following improvements: - Original pickups replaced by a set of Fender USA Custom Shop Texas Special. - Original nut replaced by a Graphtech TUSQ XL. - Bridge replaced by a vintage "Ashtray" type with Wilkinson compensated saddles, to allow correct intonation. - Switch between the two knobs has been added. It wires both pickups in series (no matter the position of the 3-way switch).
This mod is equivalent to the "4-way mod", with the advantage that it allows keeping the classic Telecaster 3-way switch.- Complete USA vintage waxed cotton wiring from the same Fender supplier.
- Ceramic capacitor SOLAR .05uf original vintage made of the end of years 50 (NOS).
- Professional shield with graphite paint. A guitar with a very good base and, with the improvements made, it is at the level of a USA Telecaster®. Besides, the guitar has the following generic features: - Alder selected body (2 pieces). - Maple neck (Modern C profile). - Maple fretboard with 9,5" radius and 21 medium jumbo frets. - Fender Schaller tuning pegs. - White 3-Ply pickguard. - 3-way switch (Bridge, Neck+Bridge, Neck). - Guitar weight 3,85 kg.

Incorpora las siguientes mejoras: - Pastillas de serie cambiadas por unas Fender USA Custom Shop Texas Special. - Cejilla original cambiada por una Graphtech TUSQ XL. - Puente cambiado por uno tipo cenicero ("ashtray") con las silletas compensadas Wilkinson, para poder octavar correctamente. - Incorpora un switch entre los dos controles que pone las pastillas en serie (en cualquier posición del selector).
Esta modificacion es equivalente a la conocida como "4-way mod", pero permite mantener el selector clásico Telecaster con 3 posiciones.- Cableado completo vintage USA de algodon encerado, del mismo proveedor de Fender.- Capacitor ceramico SOLAR .05uf original de finales de los años 50 (NOS).
- Apantallado profesional con pintura de grafito.
Una guitarra con muy buena base y con las mejoras realizadas, puesta al nivel de una Telecaster® USA.
Por lo demás la guitarra tiene las siguientes características: - Cuerpo seleccionado de aliso de 2 piezas. - Mástil de arce, con perfil C moderno. - Diapasón de arce con radio 9,5" y 21 trastes medium-jumbo. - Clavijero Fender Schaller. - Golpeador 3-Ply blanco. - Selector de 3 posiciones (Puente, Puente+Mástil, Mástil). - Peso de la guitarra 3,85 Kg.
