I've had this 5-piece set for over 25 years. Maple shells, date stamped 1969 inside with original blue-sparkle wrap in excellent condition. With this time frame, it is unusual to have a 5 piece, snare, 12-13-16 toms and 22 bass. Most had 4 pieces at the time. All chrome hardware kept polished and in good shape.I also have an additional blue-sparkle snare, dated 1965, with nickle plated hardware that I would entertain selling as well. This is a great set for performing, especially with its classic Ludwig quality sound. Also an excellent choice for younger drummers entering school/lessons and needing/wanting a set of their own. This has lasted multiple lifetimes, and has a great future. Previously asking $1,900. This is priced to sell. Cymbals and stands in photo available separately.
