If you think you have never played a Samick guitar you are probably wrong. Samick is one of the two largest manufacturers of guitars in the world, and they make a lot of instruments for the "big name" brands. So if you have spent much time in a music store trying out guitars, you have probably played at least a few made by Samick.What is cool about Samick is that when they make guitars for their own brand, they add some extra features that they don't put in the instruments they make for other brands. Add to that the fact that their prices are lower than the big names and you have a killer deal! One of the features on the AV-3 T that you won't find elsewhere is the on-board N-Tune true by-pass chromatic tuner. The tuner is located around the toggle switch, just pull up the tone knob for the neck pickup and the tuner turns on, so you can check your tuning on the fly anytime you want.Check out these other quality features you will find on the AV-3T. You have a solid archtop mahogany body with a flamed maple top for incredible warmth and sustain. The set neck is mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard. The pickup configuration is a humbucker. Add to all that a stunning finish and you have a combination that can't be matched at this price point. This is considered a Vintage item and not eligible for a refund.The guitar weighs 8.8 pounds.I have had this unit evaluated and appraised, so scammers don't even try it!
