Hands down the best sounding tele I’ve ever heard acoustically (and sounds pretty amazing plugged in as well). Beautifully relic’d and assembled by the famed Cunetto shop, this is a very early example of the Relic line from the Fender Custom Shop. For those that do not know about the Cunetto era of the Fender Custom Shop Relics, they are considered the "Golden Age" of the Custom Shop. While Cunetto was only responsible for aging and assembling the guitars, they have a vibe that the Custom Shop has yet to replicate. The neck is nice and beefy, with a beautiful flamed maple and the body is well aged, with that unbeatable tele tone.I am the second owner (I purchased the guitar used in 1997). The guitar has original neck, body, pickguard, and electronics, but the first owner had larger frets put on it (the guitar’s action sits a little on the high side, and I think he added the jumbo frets to compensate for this). I replaced the original saddles with Glendale aftermarket brass saddles (saddles only, not the full bridge), as I was breaking strings left and right (rusty metal on metal makes for easy breakage). The original saddles come with the guitar if you’d like to swap them back. In addition, I want to point out the finish on the back has a slight indent in one area from a sticker that was on the back of the guitar for 10 years or so (there was no peeling of the finish removing the sticker, just an indent which can be seen in the photos).I am including a Fender tweed case, and the certificate of authenticity, however, I do not have the case, ashtray cover, cable, cloth, strap, etc that originally came with the guitar.UPDATE:Due to requests I added photos of the neck joint (both the body and neck). I also took pics of the action at the 3rd and 12th frets. As you can see the distance between the string and fret is minimal. Lastly, I noticed some indents in the frets around the 3rd fret on the 3rd string, so I shot those as well.  UPDATE 2: the guitar weighs 8.5lbs
