Hi, you are bidding on the holy grail of the PRS core line. A 2014 PRS Custom 24 in a magnificent "McCarty Tobacco Sunburst". This 2014 year PRS put the magnificent private stock quality rosewood headstock finish. It is absolutely the most gorgeous headstock I've ever seen from any brand!! This one is equipped with in my opinion the the best PRS pickups ever produced the 59/09 neck and bridge. They are the perfect balance between modern and classic. The 57/08 don't give you the output when you want it and the 85/15 are way too thin sounding. With these you can get the best of that vintage 59 tone or that beloved modern scream that only a Core line PRS Custom 24 is capable of. You can even get strat, tele and Les Paul tones with all the versatility of the 5 way blade switch. Most importantly this guitar has a voice of its own, it is a non mistakable Paul Reed Smith attention to detail in tone, feel and aesthetics. Im out around $3800+ tax on this beauty as I ran in the first day that this came into my local guitar center to get the new model. So whoever wins this bidding auction will surely get a steal. These tobacco sunburst Custom 24 rarely ever go up for sale. In my opinion these natural looking PRS finishes have a much more expensive quality look that some of the other funky finish colors. The massive hand carved top on this looks stunning with this finish, very "violin-like" this is the real deal. The neck profile on this one is the most comfortable neck on the market in my opinion. The pattern thin carve mahogany neck. It has a top tier Indian rosewood fretboard and hand inlayed "bird inlays" on this Core Custom mode they're pearl with white borders, it is art in a museum worthy!! Guitar was used lightly. Small marks here and there. Nothing too noticeable, I will do my best to take pictures of every angle for you. Guitar comes with original case, tremolo and the paperwork pictured.
