2016 Blue Lion Cherry Dulcimer and Hard CaseThis beautiful Blue Lion Dulcimer was ordered in August of 2016 and completed in December of 2016. Its serial number is #4941. The total cost for the dulcimer and custom hard case was $1305.00.The dulcimer is I'm mint condition with the exception of a small crease in on the peg head between the A and bass D string tuners. Please study the photograph of the pegged carefully. To me this is not a significant issue but it does exist and needs to be posted out to anyone considering the purchase of this fine instrument. I suspect a competent luthier could remedy this issue. Unfortunately, there are not any skilled luthiers in my area.Please study the photos to observe the beautiful grain and pattern along the sides and back of this instrument.The dulcimer has a rich, full sound that can certainly be optimized by a player with greater skills than I possess.I am reluctantly selling this beautiful dulcimer to pay for a custom acoustic guitar. Guitars are my other “expensive” hobby.Provided below is a cost breakdown of the features of the dulcimer. Besides the case and dulcimer I am including a high quality Levy strap shown in the photo.
