Items that arrive with a manufacturers defect and are new under warranty, we ask that you cooperate with us to get you a replacement item from the manufacturer since, after all, that's what warranties are for! Items that arrive with shipping damage, we ask that you contact us immediately before doing anything, so that we can get a proper shipping damage claim filed before the item is picked up by the carrier and returned to us.
